Production Technology and Production Process ImprovementIn order to remain competitive in cost and quality, we continually improve our production technology and our production processes. Currently, our German factory is investing in improvements in the following three areas:
A completely new lacquering facility just went on line in Germany. This is a complete clean room facility that will not only enable us to improve our daily output but also enable us to improve our lacquering quality. Our finishing department introduced a new polishing and brushing line that will allow us to offer an even finer polished or brushed surface. Last but not least, our continued investment into CNC based production systems allows us to continue to manufacture cutting-edge designs. |
